What this is

A private iOS journal for logging details about friends — birthdays, when you last saw them, small personal notes — so you rely less on memory or social media to stay close.

Our one-line summary — not the founder’s tagline.

How it works
You add people as 'Buddies' and build a private, searchable history for each — logging events like coffees, calls and trips, saving quotes and memories, and tracking anniversaries. Check-in reminders nudge you before a friendship fades, e.g. 'It's been 3 months since you saw Alex.' Everything syncs privately via iCloud.
Best for
iOS users who want to keep track of friendships and personal details without relying on memory or social media.

Already bleeding a little every day, and it accelerates the longer it stays quiet.

We check this site every day, ourselves. A founder can post “still working on it” — a claim like that doesn't price. What we price is what we can verify from the outside: evidence, not announcements. The real question isn't “will this be huge?” — it's “will they still be moving in four weeks?”

Why 721 points?REALITY PRICE

It placed #545 on PeerPush with 14 votes.

Backing it does not move the price.

No matter how much money goes in. There is no pump here — you can't make yourself right by buying more. The line only moves on things that actually happened: an award, revenue that grew, a new platform, code that shipped — or silence.

How the launch is moving on its own board, day by day — the crowd's attention.
A flat line is normal: votes stop within a day or two of launch, on every board. What's unusual — and what actually counts — is a launch that keeps pulling votes long after its day is over.

About

BuddyLog is a private friendship jorunal for iOS that helps you stay close to the people who matter, without relying on memory or social media. The problem: it's easy to lose track of birthdays, anniversaries, how long it's been since you last saw a friend, or the small details that make conversations meaningful like a colleague's kid's name, where you first met, or something funny they once said. How it works: add the people in your life as "Buddies" and build a private, searchable history for each one. Log events like coffees, calls, and trips with dates, locations, and who was there. Save quotes and memories tied to specific moments. Track anniversaries and first encounters. Set check-in reminders so BuddyLog nudges you — e.g. "It's been 3 months since you saw Alex" — before a friendship quietly fades. Everything syncs privately via iCloud across your devices. An Insights tab shows stats about your relationships over time, and an Achievements system unlocks milestone badges as you build your history. The result: fewer "sorry I've been so bad at keeping in touch" moments, and more relationships that actually feel cared for.

The board it did best on sets the price. Every other board only adds to it if the launch also placed high on that board too — because just showing up somewhere isn't an achievement. Listing on twelve directories is free; placing well on them isn't.
