What makes it different: Dotient runs entirely on your computer. Nothing gets uploaded, nothing touches the cloud. Your files stay private, always. It combines keyword search with semantic search, so you get the best of both worlds. Exact matches when you know what you're looking for, and smart conceptual matches when you don't. Signals: Train your own custom classifiers right inside the app. Show Dotient examples of what you're looking for, whether that's a specific art style, a type of document, or a recurring subject in your photos, and it learns to recognize more like it. Cubbies: A visual canvas workspace where your files can live, get clustered automatically, and be annotated with sticky notes and connecting lines. Think of it as a mind map for your actual files.
