Fizeek is a workout logger that captures all of the info you want to log. Outside of most workout apps having poor and clunky designs, the most they are able to log about a set is normally that you did 225 lbs for 10 reps on the Leg Press. Fizeek was built by a bodybuilder who knows there’s more to training. You can capture the details such as the additional 3 assisted reps your friend helped you get, you can write any machine settings or cues you need to execute perfectly each week, you can select the brand of equipment you are using (since a Hammer Strength Leg Press & Atlantis Leg Press feel much different), and much more.
