Capture diapers, skin changes, injuries, or vomit with the in-app camera; every entry stays masked until you tap. Organize photos, notes, symptom tags, stool color, and consistency in a timeline, then switch to a five-minute “show your doctor” view when needed. No Kenoco account is required, and records stay on your device by default. Family sharing and AI observations are optional.
