Alert rules can include simple forecast conditions such as cloud cover, high clouds, wave height, wind, rain, visibility, humidity, and more. PhotoSignal also includes photography-focused smart checks for patterns such as fog potential, frost change, rain clearing, full moon timing, and moonrise or moonset near key light windows. The app is designed to be transparent. It avoids black-box “sunset scores” and fake certainty, showing the underlying signals so photographers can make their own decisions.
