Add a project by dragging in its folder or running ship add then open it instantly in Finder, Terminal, Claude Code, Codex and more. You can also configure a start command for each project, so it launches already running. Shipyard automatically finds an icon inside the project, generates a fallback based on its name or lets you choose a custom one.
